Instructors / Ashley Fairbanks

Ashley has a passion for fitness and has been an athlete her whole life. Born and bred in Maryland, she played Division I lacrosse at Ohio University before discovering triathlons. While training for her competitions, Ashley utilized indoor cycling as a supplement to her outdoor training and quickly found a talent for motivating others. Once she was offered a teaching spot for a morning cycle class, Ashley’s passion for indoor cycling took off.

Ashley is now married with a new daughter and lives in Buckhead. She still keeps busy with her swimming, biking and running, training in Hawaii with the Boca Triathalon Club and locally with Dynamo Multisport Team.
