*Ride Series Terms and Conditions

RIDE CANCELLATION:

Reserved bikes may be cancelled without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each ride not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in forfeiture of one ride from the Series.

WAIT LIST:

Rides are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.

EXPIRATION:

Ride Series expire 1 year from purchase, and can be used at any Flywheel location in your home region. For example, Flywheel ATL rides can be used at any Flywheel studio in the Atlanta region. Ride series are non-transferable and non-refundable.

**CLASS SERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLASS CANCELLATION:

Reservations for FlyBarre classes may be cancelled without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled class at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each FlyBarre class not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in forfeiture of one class credit.

WAIT LIST:

Class reservations are offered to the wait list on a first come, first served basis through email.

EXPIRATION:

FlyBarre class credits expire 1 year from purchase, and can be used at any Flywheel location that offers FlyBarre in your home region. For example, FlyBarre ATL class credits can be used at any Flywheel studio with FlyBarre in the Atlanta region. Class series are non-transferable and non-refundable.
